These Terms govern your access to and use of the Rescue AI website and platform (the "Service"), operated by RescueAI LLC. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
Rescue AI provides software that helps businesses respond to missed phone calls, communicate with customers via text message, and book appointments automatically. Features may change over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of your plan during a paid billing period.
SMS delivery depends on third-party telecommunications carriers and is not guaranteed. Carrier filtering, registration requirements, network outages, and other factors outside our control can delay or block messages. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for the content of messages sent through your account and for obtaining any consents required by law before messaging your customers, including honoring opt-out requests such as STOP replies.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes, to obtain any consents required by law before messaging your customers, to comply with applicable telecommunications and messaging laws (including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and carrier messaging policies where applicable), and not to send spam or unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the data you and your customers submit through the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit it solely to provide and improve the Service. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, or where required to protect the Service or comply with law. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
